• Delivering quality assured standards across the work of the Agency
• Enhancing the effective use of information
• Ensuring constructive liaison with stakeholders
• Preparing and publishing a range of corporate documents
• Corporate and business planning
• Performance monitoring for Transport Scotland as a whole
• Support services such as ICT, HR and legal
