TMfS:05a is a version of the Transport Model for Scotland with a base year of 2005. Unlike its predecessor, TMfS:05, it covers the whole of Scotland.
The key application of TMfS:05a was to support the Strategic Transport Projects Review (STPR). This reviewed and prioritised transport schemes and policies in Scotland over the medium to long-term.
