How did you become involved in archaeology?
This is what I have always wanted to do, probably due to visiting lots of castles during my school holidays. I’m currently finishing a Masters Degree in Maritime Archaeology, based in Southampton.
What aspect of the job do you enjoy the most?
I get to play in the mud! I also like being outside and experiencing the sunshine during the winter.
What has been your most interesting find?
A medieval knife found on an archaeological site I worked on down south.
What are your interests outside work?
Traveling, archaeology, and socialising through the medium of vodka.
