Transport Scotland published a Notice in the trade press today (1 March 2011) informing the bus industry in Scotland that the Government funding of electronic ticketing equipment will cease on the 31 May 2011. A copy of this Notice is below. All existing bus operators who participate in the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for older and disabled persons ("the Scheme") have been sent a copy of this Notice.
