Queen Street ticket office – Work is progressing well and is on target for completion by the end of June.
Station investment Plan– Alan Scott is compiling information of total spend by the 7 th anniversary date. Action Point- ScotRail

2) COMMERCIAL AND PASSENGER ISSUES
2.1) Service Level Commitment Delivery
Airdrie to Bathgate service enhancement – The launch of the four trains per hour service enhancement was affected by high winds which impacted on rail travel. ScotRail advised that Autumn time was the best time to conduct a full set of counts as the services would have had a few months to bed in and schools would have returned from the Summer break. Action Point - ScotRail
Argyle passenger counts –Some services are currently affected by short formations. ScotRail will monitor the patronage figures for services affected. Future cascading of c320 units will help with this issue. Action Point - ScotRail
December 2011 changes – ScotRail has received the offer from Network Rail with the Stranraer timetable updated. In terms of Aberdeen-Inverness extra Sunday services, ScotRail will ask RTP’s at the Timetabling Conference taking place this afternoon if funding is available.
Xmas 2011 and New Year 2012 service alignment – ScotRail reported that it was awaiting information from Network Rail regarding the financial implications.
East Kilbride – The timetable changes are not as widespread as first thought. ScotRail will undertake comparisons of then and now. Action Point – ScotRail
Special events and disruptive engineering – Transport Scotland advised that the Special Events area of work still sits with the Franchise Team. Oi Hang Chu will lead on Special Events and AM will continue to be the contact for planned disruptive events. Regarding the Edinburgh festival, ScotRail is looking at possible options.
Transport Scotland confirmed that SLC items will remain on the Franchise Performance agenda.
2.2) Customer Service and Standards
Communications and high winds – ScotRail is undertaking a review of communications during this disruption which forms part of ScotRail’s review of any major disruption on the network. ScotRail advised that some of the buses/coaches it had ordered during the disruption last week did not arrive.
