Highland Main line Strengthening - Existing rolling stock will be fully deployed during the summer. Highland Main line strengthening to be raised at rolling stock meeting to explore alternative solutions.

1.3) Variations, Changes and Priced Options
TS has sent SR a number of franchise variations to be published for comment.
C170, Stage 3A Engine Fitment - Following the trial which took place a subsequent amendment will be sent to ScotRail to deal with the future use of these engines.

1.4) Committed Obligations Delivery
Queen Street - Discussed at quarterly projects meeting.
Haymarket - Discussed at quarterly projects meeting.
1.5) Compliance
Revised format of Franchise Performance Report - SR asked to revise sections 3 and 4 so that redundant priced options and committed obligations can be dropped off the list and merged into one section. TS was content with this proposal. Action - JM will make the change and send it to TS.
2) COMMERCIAL AND PASSENGER ISSUES
2.1) Service Level Commitment Delivery
Track Access Agreement, Capacity reservation on Paisley Corridor - MP advised that a supplemental is the best approach & he will take this forward. A draft timetable is being developed by SR and TS and a high level version should be available soon which will enable a SLC to be provided for track access purposes.
Sleeper Services - The ORR has agreed that it will supply the outcome of the appeals within 2 months. SR should receive this around the middle of May.
Part J Notice Forth Bridge disputes - Action - MP will provide TS with an update on the current position.
Post Meeting Note - SR emailed TS an update on the current position.
Lease of Angel c158s - This is ongoing and SR confirmed that it should be agreed by the middle of May.
Action - SR will share an agreed refurbishment programme with TS.
Xmas 2010 and New Year 2011 - TS asked for further options from SR to operate rail services on 2nd January and as a longer term aspiration to look at proposals to balance service levels across the country.
Action - SR will provide a proposal on 2 January 2011 within three weeks.
East Coast TT Changes, May 2011 - JF reported on the meeting which he attended with DfT, NWR & TS. Work is currently in progress and SR believe a report on the timetable implications will be provided within 3 weeks.
Action - SR to provide summary of consequences.
Airdrie-Bathgate - An update was provided at the quarterly franchise meeting.
Montrose Resignalling - SR is awaiting Freightliner issuing a supplementary and will keep TS updated.
Edinburgh Festival services - ScotRail confirmed that its Edinburgh Festival Service provision for 2010 is planned to be enhanced as per 2011 with additional service North Berwick to Edinburgh for one weekend during the Festival. Late night running had been looked at but it is not possible.
Papal visit to Scotland- SR is looking at rail services planning for the visit and will share with TS.
Dec 2010 Timetable Changes - SR/TS agreed pre-meet prior to the forthcoming RTP and external stakeholder timetable meeting.
Action - JF will send HB his availability for the next 2 weeks.
