| Environmental report |
The Scottish Government has undertaken a Strategic Environmental
Assessment (SEA) for the Forth Replacement Crossing Study, the findings
of which are presented in this Environmental Report. This is in
accordance with EC Directive 2001/42/EC and regulation 16(2) of the
Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 (2005 asp 15).
The Environmental Report will inform the progress of the Forth Replacement Crossing Study, promote sustainable development and increase public involvement in environmental decision making. |
