In advance of Part 2 Appraisal, practitioners must revisit the Transport Planning Objectives developed during Pre-Appraisal phase to ensure that the Transport Planning Objectives are SMART, to allow future Monitoring and Evaluation. Before commencing the Part 2 Appraisal the Transport Planning Objectives must be SMART.
